Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the e88h5 website accessible at e88h5.net, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the e88h5 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account with e88h5 and is using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total Rupiah funds held in a Player's e88h5 Account at any given time, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus funds (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process under which Players are required to submit documentation confirming their identity, age, and residential address.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR / Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the sole currency in which e88h5 Accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the e88h5 Platform is not permitted under these Terms.

Access to and use of the e88h5 Platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being satisfied in full:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. e88h5 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law is not permitted, and e88h5 reserves the right to block access from such jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by e88h5 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority, at the time of registration or login.
• No Prior Bans: Your Account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by e88h5 for violations of these Terms.

To access the full features of the e88h5 Platform, including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions govern Account registration:

• Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the e88h5 Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any material change to your personal details (including change of address or contact information) must be reported to e88h5 customer support without undue delay.
• Accounts registered using fictitious, borrowed, or fraudulent identity information are void from inception. Any balances and winnings associated with such an Account may be forfeited.
• e88h5 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

e88h5 operates a mandatory identity verification (Know Your Customer) process in accordance with internationally recognized responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. The KYC process applies to all Players and is a precondition for processing withdrawal requests.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). The document must clearly display your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga, or any official document confirming your Indonesian residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), or other payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on e88h5.
• Source of Funds: In cases where e88h5 deems it necessary, you may be required to provide evidence of the lawful origin of funds deposited on the Platform.

e88h5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend Account activity, including withdrawal processing, pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. e88h5 is not liable for any delay or inconvenience arising from the KYC process where such delay is attributable to the Player's failure to provide documentation in a timely manner.

e88h5 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of available channels is subject to change at e88h5's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method.
• e88h5 does not charge fees on deposits. Processing fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider, if any, are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may be subject to reversal.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by e88h5's payment processor. Typical crediting times are immediate for e-wallet transactions and within one (1) business hour for bank transfers.
• e88h5 does not provide credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are already present in your Account Balance.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players with a fully KYC-verified Account. e88h5 processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) to verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours (WIB).
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other approved Indonesian banks are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB. Requests submitted after that time are processed on the following business day.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the e88h5 Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
• e88h5 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges.
• e88h5 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. This may delay processing where documentary evidence is required.
• Only Real Money Balance (i.e., funds not subject to pending wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not completed their respective wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

e88h5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general conditions set out below:

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of e88h5 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already in progress.
• Each bonus offer specifies a Wagering Requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion page.
• Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonuses are available to each eligible Player once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse.
• e88h5 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of systematic exploitation, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live casino games and certain table game variants — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward fulfilling Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.

All games available on the e88h5 Platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) as well as any supplementary rules published by e88h5. In the event of a conflict, the game provider's rules take precedence unless e88h5 states otherwise.

• Game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) are determined by certified random number generation software and are not influenced by previous outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, e88h5's decision regarding the validity of that round is final, subject to review by the relevant game provider where applicable.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the recognized governing body. e88h5 reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where the result is materially affected by circumstances outside normal competition rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per game type are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change. Limits may be adjusted for individual Accounts at e88h5's discretion.
• e88h5 does not accept wagers placed by automated means, robots, scripts, or any software designed to circumvent normal human interaction with the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e88h5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name.
• Money laundering, chip dumping, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions in a manner not consistent with normal recreational gaming (bonus abuse).
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or exploit techniques to gain an unfair advantage.

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward e88h5 staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.

e88h5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon Account termination for cause, e88h5 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, associated balances — including winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited. Balances held in good faith that are unrelated to the breach will be returned to the Player following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting e88h5 customer support. Any outstanding Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of standard withdrawal processing.

All content on the e88h5 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the proprietary property of e88h5 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from e88h5.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e88h5 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

e88h5's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
